Hello My Name is Stephen Cavazos and I just wanted to introduce myself and give you the opportunity to get to know the person you're thinking of hiring for your exterior cleaning needs.

Born in Houston, TX from a family full of culture and appreciation of hard work and dedication. As most of my family is from Costa Rica I had the privilege of living and learning from a different country as a young boy. The older I get the more I cherish that chapter of my life. I've come to realize just how good we have it in America and even better Texas!

I relocated from Costa Rica to Kerrville, TX in 1994. Graduated from Tivy in 2005. Meet my Beautiful wife Aubrey Lynn Cavazos in 2006 and we married in 2010.

So you may be asking how did I get into the pressure washing industry? Well... long story short I worked in a small call center. Slowly worked my way up to management, and although I enjoyed the people I worked with I couldn't help catching myself looking outside the window frequently. Wondering what else could be in-store for me. This eventually lead me to become an independent contractor for my father in-law's company as an "auto micro paint specialist". Once established unfortunately many of my accounts had suffered hardship and closed up shop. Thus pressure washing is born. My only regret is not discovering the pressure washing industry sooner!

What is the difference between high pressure cleaning and low pressure cleaning? Low pressure cleaning is the best and safest method for removing moss, lichen, algae, mold, and mildew for soft surfaces such as rooftops, siding, stucco, dryvit, stone and brick sidings too.
